C&C California was created by two girls who grew up on the beaches of Southern California during the 1970's. Their mutual love for the styles, colors, and comfort of that decade continued to evoke and inspire them.
After years of rummaging through the family attic and scouring the coastal thrift stores, Cheyann Benedict and Claire Stansfield set out to make their own collection, one that would embody the classic 1970's "California Chic" that they both longed for. The collection would be easy and wearable, yet certain to exude a laid back appeal. The line would offer the perfect pieces to be worn at almost any occasion, from shopping to bikinis to cocktails at sunset.
In spring 2003,Canada Goose Jackets, Cheyann & Claire launched C&C California and dedicated their first collection to the most essential item in every wardrobe, The Perfect Tee Shirt. To achieve their aim of making The Perfect Tee,Canada Goose Snow Mantra, the girls designed a fabric that is lightweight,Canada Goose, butter soft, and ideal for layering. It is made from 100% cotton to ensure classic comfort and sophistication. The chosen colors are entirely custom and reflective of the early 70's vivid surf and skate culture. Perhaps however, the most important aspect of the collection is that every style and every color is created to layer and mix together perfectly. Each piece invites a different combination.  |||
